CU Services: Total Access
Emory ACU's Total Access is an open-end agreement plan between the member and the Credit Union that provides members with added convenience, faster access, and better service.
With Emory ACU's Total Access, members complete a membership package one time to establish an agreement between the Credit Union and the member for current and future business. It only takes a few minutes to set up the plan, then future loan requests, or other services and products can be requested without additional paperwork.
Once you have enrolled in the Total Access plan, you can call any Emory ACU office, or contact us online to request additional services and products without having to repeat the same application information for each request. Members will still have to qualify for individual loan requests or services, and the Credit Union will continue to verify your membership, identification, credit history, employment, and income to process the request.
Most of your requests can be processed without requiring you to visit an Emory ACU office. You can even have an approved loan dispersed directly into your account, or have a check mailed to you, or have the funds sent to a specified recipient or account without visiting an office.
All members will eventually be asked to complete the Total Access package to be enrolled under the plan. Here are some important points about the plan:
- In order to take advantage of the benefits of the plan, members must complete the Total Access package, and sign the application.
- Completing the application and enrolling in the plan does not obligate you to request a loan at that time, or in the future.
- Enrolling in the plan does not guarantee approval of loan requests, or other services and products.
- The credit union will request a credit report from a reporting bureau only when a transaction requires this information.
- Emory ACU will continue to verify employment, income, credit history and other relevant information for each service or product requested to ensure that the most current information is considered.
